Return Policy

At Satori, every garment is thoughtfully crafted to order — made entirely to your individual specifications. Given the bespoke nature of our products, we maintain a carefully considered return policy to ensure fairness while upholding the highest standards of quality.

Returns are accepted exclusively under the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects

If your garment is found to contain a verified manufacturing defect — including faults in construction, stitching, or fabric — you are entitled to initiate a return. All claims must be raised within [X] days of delivery and supported with clear photographic evidence for review by our quality team.

Incorrect Item Received

In the unlikely event that you receive a garment different from what was ordered, we will arrange for a return and resolution promptly upon verification.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for sizing concerns or change of preference. As each piece is produced to your provided measurements and chosen specifications, we strongly encourage customers to review all details carefully before placing an order.

Condition Requirements

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

       Unused and unworn, in original condition

       All original packaging intact

       Purchase invoice included

Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not attributable to a manufacturing fault will not be eligible for return. Upon receipt, all returned products are subjected to a thorough quality inspection by our team. Items that do not satisfy our return criteria will be shipped back to the customer, with applicable shipping charges borne by the customer.

Credit Note Policy

Upon successful approval of a return, customers will be issued a store credit note equivalent to the value of the returned product. Please be aware of the following terms:

No Cash Refunds

Satori does not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns are resolved exclusively through the issuance of a store credit note.

Credit Value

The credit note reflects the product value only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

Validity Period

The credit note is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Credits not utilised within this period will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Redemption

The credit note may be applied toward any future purchase made on the Satori website within the validity period. It is non-transferable and holds no cash value.

Shipping Policy

Each garment at Satori is a product of meticulous craftsmanship — woven, cut, and tailored entirely from scratch to meet your exact requirements. No two pieces are alike, and every order receives the individual attention it deserves.

Production Timeline

Please allow 10 working days for production prior to dispatch. This period encompasses the full creation process, from fabric preparation through to final quality checks and packaging. Orders are not dispatched until each garment has cleared Satori’s internal quality standards.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order is complete, it is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition and shipped to your provided delivery address. Shipping timelines will vary depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.
